How does it work?

Long strip sawtooth plates are installed between the vertical steel pipe rows of the air preheater, and the sawtooth is driven to reciprocate by the PLC control drive device. The power is input from the outside of the air preheater to make the sawtooth move up and down. The up and down movement of the sawtooth cuts the ash accumulated between the steel pipe rows and cleans it in time to achieve the effect of no ash blockage, thus solving the ash blockage problem of the boiler air preheater.

Material selection-Aluminum alloy

Aluminum alloy is selected as the material of the strip sawtooth. It has sufficient strength and corrosion resistance, and can clean up dust more cleanly without damaging the pipe.

Composition structure

Drive system:
It consists of saw vibration device, stepping device, transmission rod, sealing device, etc. The saw vibration device includes intelligent drive part, saw vibration drive part, self-cleaning saw teeth, etc. The intelligent drive supports the contact pressure between the boiler teeth and the ash with stable thrust. The ash is cut by the saw teeth, and the ash adhering to the saw teeth itself is self-cleaned and falls off. The cleaned ash is carried to the dust collector by the high-speed flue gas to ensure the smooth breathing of the boiler.

Dust cleaning vehicle:
It is composed of serrated plate, connecting device, dust cleaning vehicle, vibration part, etc.

Control System:
It consists of PLC controller, LCD display, electrical control, etc.
The PLC control circuit can be remotely connected to the boiler DCS system, and the cleaning frequency is adjustable.

Maintenance easliy

Simple and convenient. A single person with a wrench can complete maintenance and replacement.
