Product instruction
How does it work?
The steel structure surface is coated with rare earth alloy by employing the sacrificial anode protection method, providing strong adhesion and forming electrochemical protection. The outer layer uses a corrosion-resistant sealing agent, which offers enamel-like anti-corrosion performance. It can isolate the structure from harsh operating conditions and form a double-layer protection.
Surface treatment
Rare earth alloy is coated on the surface of carbon steel, which has strong adhesion. Then corrosion-resistant sealant is added on the surface to form a double-layer protection with stronger corrosion resistance.
Composition structure
Corrosion-resistant sealing agent as the outer layer & rare earth alloy as the middle layer & carbon steel as the inner layer.
Compare with enamel pipes
Rare earth alloy offers superior thermal conductivity compared to enamel. The protective layer formed by the corrosion-resistant sealing agent is more corrosion-resistant than enamel surface, resulting in a longer service life.
It offers a higher cost-performance and better heat exchange performance compared to enamel tubes.
