The annual production of 1.88 million tons of aluminum carbon material project is an important part of Binzhou City’s “building a 500 billion yuan high-end aluminum industry cluster”.
After the project is fully put into production, it will become the world’s largest pre-baked anode production base. In the second phase of the user’s new carbon production line, the total flue gas volume of the calciner is about 340,000 Nm3/h, and the exhaust temperature of the calciner is 850℃～950℃, which has good waste heat recovery working conditions.
The customer uses the waste heat resources of the calcination process to build a 115t/h high temperature and high pressure waste heat boiler and a 3t/h low temperature and low pressure waste heat boiler, which maximizes the use of a large amount of waste heat in the calcination production process to produce steam.
After the completion of the overall project, the annual operating income will be about 3.8 billion CNY and the profit and tax will be about 250 million CNY.
It will effectively promote the user’s enterprise to save energy and increase efficiency, reduce consumption and reduce pollution, and realize the green development model of clean production, and provide a demonstration role for the systematic and intensive comprehensive recycling of waste heat energy in the carbon industry.
